After submitting your details you will receive a confirmation mail. Before registering, please read our Participation Conditions which you will find below.

Registration Fee

Conference fees are defined as follows:

ECHA members
Early Bird (until 30th June, 2012) Euro 300,–
Late Arrivals (until 31st August, 2012) Euro 330,–

In case you are not yet a member of ECHA we strongly recommend that you register for a full membership that runs for one year and costs Euro 60,–. Please register here: www.echa.info

ECHA non-members
Early Bird (until 30th June, 2012) Euro 360,–
Late Arrivals (until 31st August, 2012)  Euro 390,–
Students
Early Bird (until 30th June, 2012) Euro 190,–
Late Arrivals (until 31st August, 2012) Euro 220,

Conditions of Participation

  • The registration fee is irrespective of participated activities. Lunch and refreshments within the breaks are included. The Conference fee does not obligate us to all offered services.
  • You will receive a confirmation of your registration via e-mail. If you do not have an e-mail address please contact us.
  • You can only withdraw an application in written form to 17th August, 2012. As a handling fee we will withhold Euro 20,–. A cancellation after 17th August, 2012 is not possible. You can always send a substitute participant.
  • Registrations will be considered according to their date of receipt.
  • Please note that the number of participants is limited.
  • Payments can only be made via credit card.
