The International Centre for the Study of Giftedness (ICBF) is entrusted by the European Council for High Ability (ECHA) with hosting the 13th International ECHA Conference.
It is an honor to the ICBF to host the conference, especially, since it will be held in Germany for the first time after 20 years.
The International Centre for the Study of Giftedness (ICBF) is a common research site of the universities Münster, Nijmegen and Osnabrück. The ICBF is located in Münster. Key activities are: researching giftedness, educating the gifted, and teacher training and qualifying teachers.
