The International Centre for the Study of Giftedness (ICBF) is entrusted by the European Council for High Ability (ECHA) with hosting the 13th International ECHA Conference.

It is an honor to the ICBF to host the conference, especially, since it will be held in Germany for the first time after 20 years.
